RVDSA is holding its first RoseBuddy training for folks who want to be a Mentor. RoseBuddies is an internal organizing program that connects new members with a mentor who will get to know them, help them identify ways to be involved in the work of the chapter, and check in with them to ensure they are engaging. It's a great way for folks who have been in the chapter to help new members become involved members! Mentors will also help reengage members who have become inactive. If you like building relationships, helping people plug in, and want to help increase member engagement, then please join us!!

The meeting will be held on zoom Tuesday August 31st from 7:30-8:30pm. You'll learn about the program as well as how to have organizing conversations. See you there!
