For the first time in its 270-year history, staff at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) are going on strike.

After months of negotiations, management have refused to budge from their initial, paltry pay offer, averaging just 2.5% – well below inflation – and deployed intimidating and underhand tactics to create a culture of fear and discredit the union. This is despite the RSA boasting reserves totalling £32 million, and the Leadership Team's pay increasing by 170% between 2022 and 2023.

Having exhausted all avenues to achieving a fair pay rise, RSA union members are taking the only meaningful option left open: strike.

The RSA workers can win this fight, but they need everyone to get behind them!
