At this December's Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission meeting, the Commission will be voting on 2 important law-changes affecting the endangered Southern Resident Killer Whale (SRKW) population and sport hunting of black bears. Both these law-changes require public comment opportunities.
We need you to speak up for wildlife at this hearing!
WDFW is trying to extend sport hunting season of black bears by 100%, and WDFW are also wanting to allow commercial whale watching of the endangered SRKW population. This is your chance to make a huge difference for black bears and orca!
