This is to advise that the regular Mid-Summer Meeting of the General Executive Board is scheduled to be held at The Westin Seattle, 1900 5th Avenue, Seattle, Washington, 98101 at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020, and will remain in session through and including Friday, July 31, 2020. All business to come before the Board must be submitted to the General Office no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the meeting.

Local Union representatives planning to attend the meeting must make hotel reservations with The Westin Seattle by calling 1-800-937-8461 or click here for online reservations. Guest room rate for the IATSE is $253.00, plus applicable taxes, for both single and double occupancy. In order to ensure that you receive the preferred room rate established for our meeting, you must identify your affiliation with the IATSE.

The Stage Caucus will be held at The Westin Seattle on Sunday, July 26, 2020, 10:00 a.m. in the Fifth Avenue Room. Representatives of Stage, Wardrobe and Mixed Locals are welcome.
