Short staffing is driving our healthcare system to the brink of collapse. That is why HPAE, New Jersey’s largest union of healthcare workers, is pushing for enforceable safe staff to patient ratios. We need to send a clear message to healthcare administrators and NJ policymakers that safe staffing ratios are critical to the survival of our healthcare system!!!
