Stop Bombing Hospitals!

Genocide is being manufactured here in the Bay!

When: Wednesday January 24, 9am
Where: East Bay location*

The Bay Area is one of the major hubs of the US war machine. A coalition of healthcare workers and allies will be paying a morning visit to a local arms dealer responsible for developing the technology specifically targeting medical workers and infrastructure in Gaza.

Systematically destroying health infrastructure is an act of genocide. We refuse to stand by as these weapons are created under our noses. The goal of this action is to put this local war profiteer on notice and disrupt work at this site to say end US military aid to Israel and FREE PALESTINE.

All are welcome to attend! Healthcare workers are encouraged to attend in their scrubs, coats, and work attire for a strong show of solidarity with our colleagues in Gaza.

*Location to be disclosed the morning of the event, please sign up to receive action alerts. It's an outdoor location in a commercial area, with bus stops and street parking.

What to bring:

* For everyone: Please prepare and dress for rainy weather. Bring noisemakers and energy to make noise and cause a ruckus!
We will have plenty of posters to distribute to folks on the day of, with action-related messaging.
* For healthcare workers, medics, healers: wear your scrubs, white coats, symbols of your profession for a strong show of solidarity with our healthcare colleagues in Gaza.

Important Information:

* COVID safety: The event is fully outdoors. We ask that everyone take a home COVID test on the morning of 1/24 and to wear a mask when you are standing within 6 feet of other people. Please confirm a negative result BEFORE joining a carpool or getting on public transit. We will have some rapid COVID tests and KN95 masks available onsite as well.
* Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible, and there will be restrooms close by that are wheelchair accessible.
* We will have limited seating available. Please reserve these seats for folks with seating needs.
