Retired state employees are invited to this forum to learn more about the proposed changes to their healthcare under the recently announced framework to protect jobs and stabilize public assets. The focus will be on the choice of Medicare Advantage to deliver coverage for eligible retirees on the State Employee Health Plan if the framework leads to a ratified agreement.

The forum is being organized by the unions in the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC), whose leadership recently adopted the framework order to preserve members’ vital benefits.
