This is the second meet up of organisations and individuals from across the globe that are working to bring self-directed approaches to support into practice. Part of a series of events, this is a forum to inspire, empower and problem solve.

This meeting will cover current and proposed approaches to mapping self-directed support. There will also be the opportunity to hear from others on their current successes and challenges in this topic.
