We are gathering in Merchants Square (the pedestrian block of Duke of Gloucester Street) in Williamsburg VA, to stand (and talk with one another) in solidarity with the marchers in Washington DC, and with Sister Marches worldwide. We stand with dignity to protect our rights, our safety, our health, and our families. Please note, this is a gathering of respect, honesty, transparency, and support. It is NOT a protest. PLEASE, hold your signs in your hands, NO sticks, nothing that could be mistaken for a weapon.
