We are hosting a training and organizing event on Saturday Nov 2, 2-4PM. Join us to learn more about the action! We will go through the action plan, assign team positions, talk strategy, (hopefully) hear from a lawyer about our rights and risks and then make an informed decision on who will fill what roles. We will also pre-record statements for participants who want to share their story of why the fight for the Dream Act is important to them. There is a place for everyone in this action, so if you can't commit to the sit-in portion or need to avoid any law enforcement encounters, we will find other ways to incorporate you!

We are taking the fight for a CLEAN Dream to the doorstep of  Sen. Feinstein's Los Angeles Office

Right now, we have a unique opportunity to pass a clean DREAM Act that would provide permanent protection for undocumented youth. Republicans need Democratic votes in order to pass the year-end spending bill that keeps the government funded. If we can pressure Democrats—and Republicans who say they care about Dreamers—to vote NO on any spending bill that does not include the DREAM Act, we can get it passed before the end of the year.

It doesn’t matter if you have zero experience advocating for immigration reform, and it doesn’t matter if have never been a part of a political movement. All you need to be successful in this fight is a commitment to the cause. We will provide you with the tools, resources, and knowledge to be a critical organizer in helping get the support we need to pass the Clean DREAM Act in the upcoming spending bill.
