Winter is coming and there’s no better time to learn how to bake sourdough bread! Come join NYC-DSA members Ansley P. and Honda W. over Zoom as we cover how to start your starter, build your dough, and get the best bake possible. We'll have a casual conversation and invite participants to come with their own questions about sourdough, baking stories, and their own loaves to show off!

If you’re already sourdough savvy, you're welcome to show off your bakes and share your recipes! We'll have a show-and-tell portion where you'll get to talk about your sourdough trials and tribulations (or any other baked goods that you're particularly proud of).
