Final - Canvassing in Coney Hill

We launched our Coney Hill campaign with a great canvassing session on the evening of Sunday, July 30th. With plenty of people we got plenty of doors knocked on, and took just as many steps towards Gloucester voting in its first Green councillor! With that said, we have plenty more to do before that day comes, so I'd like to invite you to the last phase of canvassing on September 24th - the times will remain the same, and the work too for the time being. It's early days yet, but canvassing is the vital first step before announcing our candidate and launching the second phase of the long campaign.

We will be carrying out 60-second surveys in the local area in teams of two (so everyone has support!), which will last for an hour and a half. After we're done we'll get back together and I'll collect the surveys. I'll go into more detail about what this is, how the process will work, and how it will help in a follow-up email to those who sign up to join in, or alternatively you can email me directly with any enquiries using the address provided.

We have three key targets for 2024. Our most important is to get a Green councillor elected to the City Council in Coney Hill ward. This is our golden opportunity to get our first Green city councillor - this will give the Green Party a real voice on local issues and we will start to be able to create a better future for our city!
