Calling All DSA Organizers! Share Your Wins & Insights in Upcoming Listening Sessions

The Growth and Development Committee is launching a series of Listening Sessions as part of its State of DSA Reports project designed to bring organizers together to share experiences, reflect on our victories, and identify ways to tackle the challenges we all face.

Our first session will take place on Tues March 4th 5:30-7pm PST and will focus on Recruitment and Retention. What strategies or tools have been most effective in attracting members to your chapter? What are the biggest challenges you face in keeping them around?

We'll be synthesizing these lessons into useful reports for chapters and National to improve the way we organize.
