Gather your friends and join us for a rally to Save WA's Black Cockatoos!

We will meet the Minister for Environment, Hon Reece Whitby MLA, at Parliament House and deliver thousands of postcards signed at over 100 screenings of the film Black Cockatoo Crisis. Please come and make your voice heard for the Karak (Red-tail) Ngolak (Baudins) and Ngolyenok (Carnaby's) Black Cockatoos.

All three species of South West Black Cockatoos are at risk of extinction within our lifetimes. We are calling on the State Government to stop the chop of the Black Cockatoos' forests and woodland homes - we must protect and reconnect their habitat and we need people-power to achieve this.

Speakers from conservation groups, along with Traditional Custodians and the director of the film Black Cockatoo Crisis will inspire and inform the crowd and urge the State Government to take immediate action.

Please wear black and bring a black umbrella to be a part of the show - see you there!

GETTING THERE
Meet at the main entrance in front of the steps which face Mitchell Freeway, not Harvest Terrace.

Please consider arriving by foot, bike or public transport - Parliament House is serviced by free CAT bus services, the Red CAT (Hay Street) and the Green CAT (Malcolm Street).

Limited visitor parking is available and can be accessed via the southern driveway from Harvest Terrace. One-hour metered parking is available in Parliament Place.
