May Day, also known as International Workers' Day, has a long history as a day of commemoration and celebration for the working class. As socialists, we want to continue this and join together in camaraderie, after over a year where many of us have been distanced, alienated, and without community.

We will be meeting in Tower Grove Park, starting around 2pm. There is a grill and STL DSA will provide food and refreshments (although people are also welcome to bring their own—no glass bottles, please). We will be providing vegetarian and vegan options, and can accommodate other dietary needs as needed (please let us know!). Please feel free to bring friends or family members, this event is all-ages appropriate!

The city of St. Louis is still restricting gatherings to 50 or less, so if you are planning to attend we ask you to note any additional guests on your RSVP. Somebody from STL DSA will reach out to you beforehand with more information regarding the location within the park, closer to the date. Thank you, be safe, and see you on May Day!
