Picnic food will be provided. Bring your own soft drinks or alcohol. Bring a blanket or sheet to sit on or bring folding chairs or stools.

Getting There

Public Transport

15 min walk north up the A6 from Stockport train station or take the bus (191, 192) north up the A6 and alight at Wellington Rd North, Kingsgate. Walk all the way up Parsonage Street, then turn right before the new houses, then right again by a hedge. This path goes straight to the centre and the park. The 191 and 192 buses run from Hazel Grove Park and Ride to Manchester.

By Car

You can park on Wilkinson Road, SK4 1SU or on Love Lane SK4 1JA (not outside the houses, but on the other side of the road adjacent to the park).
