POSTPONED: Unfortunately Jessica is unwell so we are going to have to postpone the training. It will now take place on the 22nd of March from 6-7.30pm on the same zoom link.

We're so sorry for the late notice, and hope that you'll still be able to attend next month. In case you can't, the non-interactive parts of the training will be recorded and shared. Let me know if you have any questions.

------------------------------------

The climate crisis is one of the biggest threats to mental health, with research showing that 75% of young people believe that the future is frightening. As campaigners we are disproportionately aware of climate threats and how they affect people around the world, which can lead to burn-out, anxiety and other mental health issues.

In this training, climate psychologist Jessica Kleczka will cover how the climate crisis affects our mental health in different ways, and share coping strategies to maintain wellbeing and healthy boundaries as an activist.

Please note that the facilitator is not a mental health professional and the strategies outlined in this training are not a substitute for therapy. If you feel like you can't cope with climate anxiety or other mental health issues, please seek professional help. Resources will be shared after the training.

If you have any questions please contact rona@tippingpointuk.org
