Dear Swing Left Activists and Leaders,

Susan Lowry, Steve Pierson, Chris Wade and the CA-25 Operations Committee are really excited to invite you to what we are calling our Strategic Test Canvass.

Who: Led by Susan Lowry's SL Lancaster Crew and YOU . . . we need another 20-30 volunteers to run this event.

What: This will be a listening canvass designed to learn who voted for whom, why they voted the way they did, and what national and local issues are most important to them.

Where: We will meet at Susan Lowry's Lancaster home (address will follow when you RSVP), conduct our pre-training there, then canvass  in a neighbor hood 1 mile away before returning to her home for a debrief.  Refreshments will be served before and after the actual canvass

When: Saturday, May 20th from 10:00am-3pm

Why: This is an especially strategic event. In conjunction with the 3-part strategy we've rolled out, we will be using this event to introduce a series of new CA-25 specific tools including a turf management system, a database, and a new listening script. The hope is that the volutneers at this event will take the new tactical tool kit back to their individual house party groups and that we'll be off to the races in our campaign.
