The November meeting of the Stratford Olympic Park Police Ward Panel will be taking place on the 4th of November at the Timber Lodge. Arrive from 6:45pm for a prompt start at 7pm.

This is a hybrid event so you will be able to observe online. In person attendance will be limited and is expected to be oversubscribed, so sign up now to reserve your place.

This is your opportunity to hear from the police about work they are doing to keep our neighbourhood safe, and to hold them to account where you think they could be doing better.

You will also hear from your elected representatives including local councillors Nate Higgins and Danny Keeling, and your new MP Uma Kumuran about their work in the community.

For those attending online, a Zoom link will be emailed to those signed up closer to the day, so look out for this.

If you sign up to attend in person but we have run out of spots, we will contact you to let you know you will need to attend online.

There are only 40 spaces for members of the public to attend which will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. There are additional reserved spaces for ward panel members, the police, elected representatives and other stakeholders, so please indicate if you are attending in one of these capacities.
