What responsibility do we have to be accountable to ourselves? How do we do that? How do self-accountability practices strengthen our relationships, and our shared work?

This is the first in a series of meetings meant to hold a space for people who consider SURJ NYC to be their organizing home to develop a culture of accountability—to ourselves, to each other, to our partners, and to our principles—that is embodied and so deeply felt that it can easily be made visible. We're so glad you're joining us in this process.

Meetings take place from noon until 5pm, with an hour long break right in the middle. If you can't join us for the whole time, email us at surj-nyc-accountability-process@googlegroups.com and we'll make sure to find ways to include your perspective, and share what we learn together.
