Local Campaigners, Cllr Catherine Fookes and Duncan Fisher share their thoughts on different ways to tackle the climate crisis. This will be a discussion based event with lots of opportunity to ask questions.

Catherine Fookes is  Chief Executive of a charity campaigning for a fairer Wales for women. Before this, Catherine was an environmental campaigner at Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming where she campaigned for sustainable agriculture and food.

Duncan Fisher is a manager of the local campaign, Our Food 1200, seeking to secure 1200 acres of vegetable growing as the foundation for a new local food economy. Previously Duncan has worked in child development and gender equality
