They are seeking to join AFSCME Council 28/WFSE as TAM Workers United for livable wages, safe working conditions, transparency and accountability from management, and respect on the job.

TAM workers believe that only with their voices joined together in a union can the museum overcome its current financial troubles and live up to its mission to serve the community of Tacoma.
