Our general election campaigns in 2024 built their volunteer capacity on a massive scale, enabling them to do what they needed to win. Here's your chance to learn from Elfrede Brambley-Crawshaw from the Waveney Valley campaign and Daron Coaker from Bristol Central so you can grow your own volunteer teams and win in 2026 in London's most ambitious local elections ever.

They'll be covering:

  • Recruiting and organising more volunteers
  • How to build a culture of growing your team
  • The volunteer journey their volunteers followed and how to keep them engaged

There will also be plenty of time to ask your questions of both of t

Elfrede was Adrian Ramsay's Campaign Manager in Waveney Valley, instrumental in getting him elected. With a huge constituency to cover, volunteer capacity was vital and Elfrede and the team did a fantastic job of bringing local members and supporters along for the journey.

Daron worked on the highly successful Bristol Central campaign, getting Carla Denyer elected to Parliament. As a Campaign Organiser both in Bristol and, before that, working on the 2022 local elections in London, Daron has lots to share on how to recruit and keep volunteers.
