2023 is here, and the Tax the Rich (2.0) Campaign is hitting the ground running! We’ve got just a few months to show our legislators how much the working class residents of NYC support taxing the rich to invest in our communities—which means we need the biggest, baddest field operation we can build.

Whether you’re a long-time field lead or a first-timer who’s eager to step up, we need your help! Join us Wednesday, February 1, at 7pm for a hybrid training and info session for all interested field leads. We'll be meeting at the NYC-DSA office; if you're not able to make it in person, the Zoom link will be sent to all RSVPs.

Field leads are the bedrock of this campaign: from Eastern Queens to Flatbush, you’ll be leading teams of volunteers as we talk to our neighbors, encourage them to take action, and work together to pressure our elected officials at the time when it matters most: when bills are being voted on. We’ll be training leads for in-person events all across the city (Harlem, LES, Eastern Queens, Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Sunset Park, Flatbush), as well as virtually for phonebanks.
