Join us for a hour drop in on all things tech and organising. It will be shaped by who registered, with the aim to make using tech for organising. It will be run by Joe from Tipping Point, who leads on the Tech Hub project.

Who is this for?

This is for anyone who is doing political organising for climate, social, racial and class justice. Primarily this is aimed at people coming together to organising in their own time, rather than big NGOs or paid campaigners (although you are very welcome to come and share learning etc!)

Our priority is those groups and individuals that would find it hard to access pay-walled tech.

This isn't for "tech people", but for people doing any kind of organising work that matches with our principles.

What will be covered?

We will discuss anything brought by folks attending. To give an idea the kind of things we will most likely be able to help with here are some example topics:

• Recruitment systems
• Emailing lists, mass calling and other comms platforms
• Action Network
• Website setup
• Managing internal group structure and systems

What is the Tech Hub?

We offer a free “Tech Hub” of organising tools for UK grassroots groups and networks to use. If you are organising for climate justice – from fossil finance, migrant rights or fuel poverty to stopping new oil, coal or gas – then we want to support you. Our main tools available are:
