This presentation is meant to provide education about common reactions to stress and tips to manage these reactions as well as information about how to connect to professional support. Demonstration of mindfulness exercises will be provided and time will be allotted at the end of the presentation for peer discussion and support amongst colleagues, as desired by participants.
