This is an opportunity to attend a historic event, and to represent your local community, alongside people from all around the UK.
Timing:
- The assembly will be over two days: Saturday 15th June and Sunday 16th June.
- Each day will run from 10am to 5pm.
- There will be a long break for lunch in the middle of the day (1 hour and 15 mins) and lots of shorter breaks.

What is the First National Assembly?
Humanity Project is about the everyday goodness of ordinary people. We’re putting this everyday goodness at the centre of how we make decisions. It’s an upgrade of our democracy, that puts ordinary people in the driving seat, so we can deal with the problems our communities face together.
We've been supporting a wave of self-organised neighbourhood
assemblies – or Pops – across the UK, like the one you went to.
These assemblies, or Pops, are great – but some problems are
bigger than a neighbourhood – they can only be solved by bringing
people together from across the nation.
So that's what we're doing with this First National Assembly.
