Are you a human? Do you live on planet Earth? Do you want to more forcefully combat climate change? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then the Game of Extremes is for you! In this fun, action-packed training game, you'll learn how to protect community assets and vulnerable populations from the climate crisis. The game takes place in the fictional city of Muggytown, where water levels are rising and extreme heat is becoming the norm. You and your team will be will be given roles to play as residents of Muggytown, and will be tasked with working together to protect your city while handling competing interests.

The Game of Extremes will teach you how to think like an urban planner and help you understand the complexities of making our cities more resilient to the climate crisis. You'll get experience in climate change advocacy, and will be able to take the skills you learn to the halls of your government. It's the Game of Life- but with "hellish heat and high water!" Prepare to leave inspired! Snacks and all materials will be provided.
