The Rally to Move Forward Mission Statement

Unity - The Rally to Move Forward provides the opportunity to bring together a large and diverse gathering of individuals and groups who share positive human values that surpass many of our differences. These universal values include peace, freedom, social progress, equal rights, human dignity and respect for the environment. Gathering in unity increases and strengthens our common bonds, bringing people together in numbers too large to ignore. The power of unity in our diversity will be our strength as we move forward.  

Inspiration - A goal of The Rally to Move Forward is to inspire people.   After the recent election, many people are afraid, discouraged, feel helpless and powerless. The Rally will inspire and empower.   By unifying under common values, the rally provides an inspirational opportunity to gather in solidarity.  

Positive Action - The Rally to Move Forward seeks to inspire positive actions, large or small, by individuals or by groups; actions that will keep our community moving forward to ensure economic, social and environmental justice for all. Protect the Progress we have made!
