It’s not just weather – this is a climate emergency!

For three Saturdays in August we will be reminding the public about the weather catastrophes already experienced in Australia - the fires, the floods, drought and storms - evidence that climate breakdown is already upon us.

This action will be a theatrical procession from North Terrace to Rundle Mall. The procession will have Red Rebels; banners and large posters/photos depicting catastrophes; followed by regenerative messages. We are looking to make the whole atmosphere around this colourful event electric! For that we need people to hold banners and placards. All banners and placards will be provided.

If you are free we would love you to participate. Join us for a briefing in front of the State Library at 12pm.

This action will adhere to social distancing. Please bring a face mask with you if possible.
