Most employers have policies that make it clear that sexual harassment is unacceptable, and yet it remains an almost constant issue in the workplace. This unit recognises that sometimes the harasser is a trade union member and seeks to explore how we as the workforce can design, and make dominant, narratives that challenge the culture (and the underlying assumptions) that allow sexual harassment to take place in the workplace.
