Join Triangle DSA for our last general body meeting of the year! This meeting will be hosted in-person and online via Zoom, and will be called to order at 12:00pm. You can review the agenda for the meeting here. We are expecting higher turn-out for this meeting than usual due to our post-election membership surge, so please read this information carefully.

Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes early (11:30-11:45am) if you are joining in-person so that you can get checked in and settle into the space. You can find information about parking here.

The virtual meeting will open at 11:45am. Virtual attendees will be able to participate fully in the meeting, including asking questions, participating in in discussion, and voting. When you RSVP for this meeting, you will receive a link to register for the meeting on Zoom.

Prior to the meeting, all members in good standing of Triangle DSA will receive an email containing their unique ballot link for voting, regardless of whether or not they are attending in-person or virtually. As always, we will provide instructions and support for voting during the meeting.

• Masking with a well-fitting N95 or equivalent (N95, KF94, KN95, FFP2, P2) mask is required at all times. Masks will be provided for anyone who needs one, as well as instructions for proper fit.

• If you are feeling sick or have symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to a sick person in the last 7 days, please attend this event virtually over Zoom.

• Had COVID recently? Please wait two weeks from symptom onset AND get a negative result on a COVID test before attending your next in-person DSA event!

• Have you been unmasked in a crowded space in the last 7 days, such as air or train travel or a concert, or engaged in any other high-risk activities? If so, please take a rapid test on the day of the event before attending!
