Join us for a two-hour leadership training on how to hold an effective 1:1 organizing conversation! We'll be discussing the difference between organizing and mobilizing, grounding the practice of holding 1:1 conversations in a few philosophical principles, outlining a structural framework for these conversations, and providing an overview of how to schedule and track new member 1:1s. The focus will be on how to welcome new members into Twin Cities DSA, but the training is flexible and can be effective in a variety of situations, including union organizing, electoral organizing, tenant organizing and broad community outreach.

Doors open at 5:30pm and training begins at 6pm. Dinner will be provided!
