Dear members & friends,

Not long now until the first Issues Workshop of our current listening campaign!

We’re really looking forward to getting together to share what we’ve heard over the past few months, create a strategy for listening to yet more people,  finding out more details & collectivizing around the issues raised to far.

Many of you have been hard at work in your institutions, asking and recording ‘what’s putting pressure on you, your family and your communities’. It’s been so impressive seeing these conversations taking place! If you haven’t managed to do this yet, or have only had a few conversations from your institution’s pledge – please do still come along. You will hear how others have progressed their listening and what sort of issues are affecting people in our region.  We’re sure it will inspire you and support you to act!

We’re all part of this - the listening process will be ongoing until November 2023 – as we refine problems into tangible issues for us to take into action, locally, regionally and, potentially, nationally.

There are big shifts happening in the region and a general election to prepare for. Listening now means that we're prepared and building the people power needed for social justice.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to ReCoCo at this Issues Workshop.
