Join the Arizona Progressive Peoples Alliance in supporting Sarah Tyree for AZ Democratic Party chair at a virtual event on January 22, 2021 at 6:00pm. Come and hear community leaders, local activists, progressive organizers and Arizona-based nonprofits discuss their support for Sarah Tyree and her campaign for ADP chair.

Sarah is a social worker and community servant, dedicated to fighting for her constituents and building a better state for everyone. As a veteran, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, a child of the American foster care system, a young woman of color, a domestic abuse survivor, and a life-long Arizona resident, Sarah embodies her own vision for our State's Democratic Party.

Under Sarah's direction, we will not be a party that merely performs "outreach" in underrepresented communities. Thinking in terms of leaving home to connect with unfamiliar communities is exactly what cost us down-ballot in 2020. If the Democratic party wants to expand in Arizona, we must become a party that lives in our historically disenfranchised communities, prioritizes those communities and fights to support and elevate those communities in the fight to push Arizona blue.

The Arizona Progressive People's Alliance is thrilled to support Sarah in her run for ADP chair and cannot collectively imagine a more perfect leader to advance the interests of the young, progressive, diverse, working class people who voted to flip AZ blue than a young, progressive, working class woman of color.
