Suppressed: The Fight to Vote recounts Stacey Abrams' historic run for Governor and is a short but essential film on voter suppression in the 2018 midterm election. Instead of electing Stacey Abrams the state's first Black woman Governor, the rampant tactics that prevented students and people of color from voting made headlines. This film is a wake-up call for how much still needs to be done to end voter suppression in the U.S.

Watch with us, then take action! After the film, we’ll share how YOU can Act NOW to register more voters and defend our democracy.

This is our first virtual Activist Power Hour in our series to Grab Trump by the Ballot!
We'll learn the issues and take action together to register voters in swing states, get insider tips on having more effective and persuasive political conversations and connect to phone banking for women’s rights candidates and pivotal get out the vote efforts! Stay tuned. We'll be organizing more Activist Power Hours on Wednesdays at noon.
