More than five years after New York passed the Climate Act (CLCPA), lawmakers have a choice. They can stay true to the promise of the CLCPA, invest in community-led climate solutions, and provide immediate health benefits to New Yorkers—or they can cave to the fossil fuel lobby and their allies, rolling back provisions of the Climate Law and betraying New Yorkers.
