WELA Connect in nipaluna / Hobart

WELA is excited to be hosting an intimate gathering at the Long Gallery in nipaluna / Hobart with WELA friends - new and long-standing.

This event will be set against the stunning backdrop of the Bob Brown Foundation’s Art for takayna exhibition which showcases the beauty and fragility of Australia’s largest temperate rainforest, takayna / Tarkine.

Come along to hear from WELA’s Strategic Director Victoria McKenzie-McHarg about the changing face of environmental leadership in Australia and connect with other changemakers, activists and environmentalists in the nipaluna area.

The gathering is open to anyone passionate about the power of female and gender-diverse leadership for our climate and environment, so invite your friends and colleagues!
