Westside comrades - join Westside Branch Coordinators, Captains, and Neighborhood Organizers for one of our branch-wide phonebanks designed to reach every member of our growing branch and connect them to DSA-LA's Neighborhood Solidarity Program.

We’ll be getting in touch with new Westside members to learn about their (and their neighbors’) housing situations during the crisis and opportunities for neighborhood-specific mutual aid organizing, including: needed support with child watch & Zoom school, accessing government benefits, and maintaining power-up and hand-washing stations in solidarity with nearby encampments.

If you’ve never phonebanked before, no worries! This hosted phonebank is a great way to get involved in our chapter’s work, and there will be time built in to walk comrades through the script and the overall process, step-by-step.
