Here you can submit your RSVP and notify us of your travel arrangements. By doing so, you will also receive any email updates and/or reminders sent about this event. Prior to making a travel request, please carefully review the Convention Call to ensure accurate travel arrangements are requested.

In order for Council 28 to secure a Direct Bill hotel reservation at the pre-negotiated rate of:

Standard / Wing Rooms - $139.00 ($158.93 with taxes)

Tower Rooms - $149.00 ( 170.22 with taxes)

Your RSVP for attendance and travel must be submitted by September 15th . After that date, you will be responsible for making/ paying for your own reservations. Reimbursement for airline travel will be based on the average cost from point to point locations and lodging will be reimbursed at the pre-negotiated contract rate or actual cost, whichever is less.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS will be confirmed at the hotel under the WFSE room block, and you will receive confirmation directly from the hotel, so please keep an eye out for that email. The room and tax charges will be billed to the WFSE account. Please notify us of your hotel reservation need by the deadline as you will be responsible for making/paying for  your own reservations after that date.

AIRLINE RESERVATIONS -- Please be sure to include all the required information per TSA rules: DATE OF BIRTH, GENDER, FULL NAME exactly as it appears on the unexpired government-issued identification you intend to present at the airport prior to boarding. You must provide your middle name if the government-issued identification includes a middle name. If you do not have a middle name or your identification does not include a middle name, you do not need to provide it.

TRAVEL  ACCOMMODATIONS -- Please share with us any seating preference for your flight, Hilton Honors number, room type (Standard or Tower) and/or anything you consider important for us to know when making your travel arrangements.
