This workshop offers guidance to civil society organisations on the benefits of engaging with climate assemblies and the ways of doing so. We will draw on the expertise and experiences of climate NGOs and democracy practitioners on engaging with climate assemblies, challenges, and ways to overcome them gathered by the Knowledge Network On Climate Assemblies (KNOCA).

It will be led by by Dr. Alina Averchenkova, Distinguished Policy Fellow and Lead for Governance and Legislation at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the LSE.
