On September 20th, join us for a die-in, where we will lie down as a group with signs saying how we died due to various causes resulting from climate change.

Participants/“victims” of climate change will come up with their own causes of death and create their own signs with provided materials, calling on personal experiences with climate change.

*Submissions will open on 9/20 for our A Word to Mother Earth Writing Contest! Everyone is encouraged to creatively express themselves during strike week and will be invited to submit a poem (2 page limit) or a short narrative (5 page limit) related to the climate crisis (must be written during strike week). Submissions will close Wednesday, September 25th, and the winner will be announced Friday, September 27th.
