January 21, 2017 - we marched. And the world took notice. January 21, 2018 - we march again.

On January 21, 2018, thousands of women, femmes and allies will come together in Las Vegas, Nevada, to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Women’s March and to launch our collective 2018 Women’s March agenda: #PowerToThe Polls.

We in Knoxville, TN, are organizing a march on January 21 for the Women's March anniversary weekend.

In case you haven't heard, 2017's word of the year is "Feminism." We would like to think that we played a part in reminding Knoxville and the world about the rights and the awesome super-powers of women when our thousands of Marchers joined with millions of others all around the globe in the largest single rally in history.

In 2018, we will come together again, because our work is not yet done. We will also come together to recognize and celebrate some of our achievements over the past year. We want to honor these successes, even as we stand up and insist on the better world that we envision for ourselves and our communities.

Join us in Market Square for a rally at 1:00 pm. We will share stories of some of our local SHE-roes before we march again. Come back to the Square with us for an inspirational keynote speaker and a musical send-off.
