This event is being held concurrently with the Jan. 21 Women’s March on Washington–and is sanctioned by its organizers. The Women’s March on Washington, Indianapolis will be holding a rally at the Indiana State House to demonstrate support for equal rights for all. The event in Indianapolis was spearheaded by Terri Siler, along with a team of Volunteer Leaders.  The event will feature an array of organizations providing information and specific volunteer opportunities for further involvement. This march is a “Call to Action” to help raise awareness of social injustices being done through proposed legislation.  Hoosiers For Action believes that we must increase the number of Hoosiers committed to ensuring rights for all people.
