On April 28, the unions of the AFL-CIO observe Workers Memorial Day to remember those who have suffered and died on the job and to renew the fight for safe jobs.

This event is free to all who attend. Appetizer Buffet and Cash Bar including Craft Beer & Wine.

RSVP to receive a drink ticket.

The ceremony will include Presentation of Colors by the Palm Beach County Firefighters Pipes & Drums and Honor Guard, Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem by Young Singers of the Palm Beaches, Invocation and Prayer for the Fallen, Special Guest Speakers including State Attorney Dave Aronberg, Vergie Bain (OSHA), County Commissioner Shelley Vana and more.

This year we will come together to call for work in this country that is safe and healthy and pays fair wages. We will celebrate the victories won by working people and commit to fighting until all workers have safe jobs and the freedom to form unions without the threat of retaliation.
