Join YAI as we host two panels exploring how climate change impacts people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Hear from diverse speakers from across government, providers, and experts in the field, and join the conversation!

Our first panel will focus primarily on state-level issues, and get into the nitty gritty of policy, Medicaid services, emergency preparedness and resiliency. Our second panel will zoom out, and we'll be discussing federal issues, broader impacts of a changed world on medications, therapies, and people, and the analysis of care jobs as green jobs.

Both panels will run for an hour and a half each, and will include a 15 minute break for refreshments in between. Lunch will be served after the second panel for folks who'd like to stay around and chat!
