DACA is Temporary, Our Home is Here: Pledge to Demand Protections for ALL

June 15, 2022 marked 10 years since immigrant youth won the DACA program.

Immigrant youth fought hard to win and protect DACA, yet the future of the program remains at risk a decade later under Republican-led attacks and ongoing legal battles.

Last year, a judge in TX ruled against DACA, blocking immigrant youth from applying for the first time. Now, on July 6, 2022 the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals will hear arguments on the Texas lawsuit challenging the legality of DACA

Immigrants are tired of living court case after court case! Congress and the Biden Administration have the power to prioritize the safety of over 11 million undocumented people living in this country.

Millions more immigrants continue to face the threat of detention and deportation without any form of protection. That is why permanent protections are needed for ALL. Protection from the threat of deportation and family separation are inherent human rights that everyone should have, regardless of their country of origin. Yet, thousands continue to be detained and deported, separated from their loved ones, and torn away from their homes. That is why permanent protections are needed for ALL.

Add your name to this pledge to stand with immigrants and demand Biden & Congress deliver permanent protections now.
