Join a winning campaign team focused on improving the lives of residents in Santa Clara County. We are looking for highly motivated and responsible people to join our Voter Outreach team for Measure E: the Opportunity to Work initiative.

This is a key ballot measure that would require big companies to offer any additional hours to their current part-time employees before hiring new workers. That will help workers get enough hours to cover the bills and put food on the table.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the senior campaign staff, the field staff is responsible for direct voter contact through door to door canvassing and phone banking. The field staff is responsible for growing and tracking the campaign's voter base. Applicants will gain valuable experience in the electoral process.

Position Responsibilities:

• Learn the art of effective contact strategies and communication practices for voter engagement
• Speak directly with voters throughout the County to advocate on this important issue
• Connect with community members about the importance of voting in the upcoming elections
• Be part of a skilled team of motivated individuals dedicated to improving our community
