Donald Trump has been inaugurated President.

Despite losing the popular vote by 2.9 million. Despite running a hateful campaign of racism, misogyny and xenophobia. Despite deliberate interference by the Russian government to sabotage the election in their favor. Despite his abject refusal to reach out to the majority of Americans who voted against him.

His inaugural address was more of the same—deeply divisive. His Cabinet appointments are the most hateful and extreme we have ever seen, and he counts white supremacists among his closest advisers.

Donald Trump may now be the President, but he is certainly not my President. I will oppose and protest him every step of the way.
