This year's election is perhaps the most important in modern times. And the issues at stake are of great importance to indigenous people.

Whether you are a Native person or not, will you pledge to vote this November 3? We need as many people as possible to vote — particularly Native people and their allies — to ensure our issues are addressed and democracy is deepened and expanded. We will be counted!

We believe voting is a responsibility. Our people and others struggled and died for the right to vote. Our people around Turtle Island continue to struggle for the right to vote.
